“Feel Good 400”

Built by Wolf Moto

ABOUT THE PROJECT

The owner who commissioned the build wanted to transform his DRZ 400E into a “Cafe Racer” that could be ridden hard on the street and be used for ramping pavements and speeding humps.

This is our 2nd official custom bike build after completing the Moto Guzzi featured on Bike EXIF. We dubbed this bike the “Feel Good 400”.

A mix of two donor bikes merging together. Frame and motor from a DRZ 400E dirt bike and the suspension, swing arm and wheels taken from a DRZ 400SM.

The brief from our client was to take influence from Damon Albarn’s virtual band “Gorillaz”. The red and white tank is a nod to the Japanese Rising Sun, a prominent feature of Gorillaz artwork. The words “Feel Good” are embossed on the tank, Gorillaz biggest hit being “FEEL GOOD INC”.

This bike is so much fun to ride on the street, we felt the name to be rather fitting for this particular build.
